Haussmann Development is developing a 205-unit, 11-story, 100% all-affordable housing project located at 159-29 90th Avenue, Jamaica, Queens 11432. The site is located squarely within the neighborhood rezoning plan for Jamaica, a transit-rich and dense urban environment prioritized by the city for increased housing production. Haussmann's ground lease with the local church will stabilize and sustain its operations. In addition to providing financial support, Haussmann will also build a 14,000 SF state-of-the art new worship facility. Haussmann will also partner with a local non-profit to provide social services for the residents.
